Bulk Trash Pickup — Every Saturday
Bulk trash is collected every Saturday. Items may be placed within five feet (5') of the street no earlier than 7 p.m. the day prior, but no later than 7 a.m. Saturday. Bulk debris must not exceed 6 cubic yards (approximately the size of 6 kitchen stoves or 3 refrigerators). Piles exceeding the limit will not be hauled away — Coastal will tag the pile with haul away instructions.
Community-Wide Inspection — June 2026
A community-wide inspection is scheduled for June. Now is the time to clean your roof, driveway, and exterior areas. Please ensure your property is in compliance before the inspection date.
Garbage & Recycling Pickup Reminder
Regular garbage pickup is every Wednesday. Recycling and bulk trash are collected every Saturday. Place bins at the curb by 7:00 AM.
